At this writing I could find no actual X Files costume kits. I did find X Files tee shirts and plenty of them. If you want an X Files costume for Halloween, at this point a T-shirt will have to suffice or you’ll have to make your own X Files costumes. I’ll give you some good options for X Files tee shirts and costumes.
With the revival of the old series there’s a renewed interest in the X Files. Fox Mulder, the true believer, has become skeptical and jaded. Skully still has her healthy skepticism but she’s finding the cases interesting. It’s almost a reversal of their previous roles. We’ll see where it’s all headed and we’ll see if the series can hold onto its fans. Fans are hopeful that this classic sci-fi series will be revived into something fascinating and provocative.
My husband used to be a loyal X Files fan and he’s been watching the new series, but he said the last episode was pretty stupid. It featured a lizard creature that hibernates for 2000 years and then turns into a man. They’re going to have to come up with some better plot lines if they want to survive. Perhaps they’ll hit their stride as the series progresses.
